Crossflow

Acoustic Louvres

The Crossflow ALS (CALS) range is a fabricated acoustic louvre designed for commercial projects where reduction in sound transmission is required whilst maintaining weathered ventilation. The CALS louvre is suitable for all applications and can be both vertically and horizontally mounted into pre-formed structural opes. The modular units can be manufactured to suit specific dimensions on site. Each louvre blade is filled with a sound absorption mineral wool to achieve the required acoustic performance. They are quick to install with all fixings being grade A4 stainless steel and are virtually maintenance free

Isolamin Panels

The Isolamin panel is a self-bearing panel with high durability and excellent sound reduction that offers one of the market’s most useful and flexible joint systems.
Features & Benefits

Custom Deliveries

The wall system is normally delivered with custom height and width modules as per customer drawings, enabling efficient installations by eliminating the need for cutting on site.

Aesthetic Finishes

The Isolamin surface finish program includes everything from transparent lacquered galvanized finish, painted finishes, or PVC-clad decorative finish, to stainless steel plate or lacquered aluminium for demanding environments.

Thermal Insulation

Panels thickness can be adjusted according to thermal insulation requirements. The mineral wool core can also be replaced with EPS insulation if there are no demands for fire insulation or sound insulation

Sound Absorption

The various panel designs handle sound reduction from 28 up to 49 dB Rw.

Fire Safety

The mineral wool core is entirely non-flammable and fulfils fire safety demands up to El120. The polyester-painted surface finish is entirely free from halogens, and PVC-clad surfaces comply with surface finish class 1 in accordance with the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning.

Durability

The Isolamin wall system is manufactured with high density, cross-layered mineral wool, glued in staves which produces an extremely strong sandwich construction making the installation self-bearing.

Flexible & Easy Installation

The Isolamin wall system is easily adaptable to existing dimensions at the job site for any last-minute changes. Components can be easily cut and drilled onsite. The profile system also includes solutions for flush installations, with no components projecting from wall surfaces.
